Shipping Policy

Shipping and delivery terms

All goods purchased will be couriered via Standard Shipping service within 3-5 business days for West Malaysia, and 3-7 business day for East Malaysia (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays) upon payment confirmation. A delay of an additional 3-4 days may occur during promotional periods.

All goods will be couriered between 9am - 5pm from Monday to Saturday. Half days on Saturday.

We will only deliver to street addresses in Malaysia but not PO Box or international addresses. At the time of delivery, you are required to validate the parcel by providing your signature/confirmation to our logistic partner as a proof of delivery. If you are not available at time of delivery, please contact our logistic partner to make arrangement for a re-delivery. Our logistic partner will make a maximum of three (3) delivery attempts and if all fail, the goods will be returned to Frontline Cosmeceutical (M) Sdn Bhd. The following re-delivery will be at the expense of the customer. Frontline Cosmeceutical (M) Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for parcel signed and received by someone other than the designated recipient.

If the packaging is tempered or damaged upon delivery, please check the contents of the parcel and you may refuse to accept the parcel if the content is damaged or items are missing. Please report to our Customer Service on the same day with supporting evidence and invoice number. Reimbursement is subjected to the courier company's discretion.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders made on Friday after 3pm and on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. While we will ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage(s) incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

All orders are subjected to bank authorization prior to processing.


Once your parcel is picked up by our assigned logistic company, tracking codes will be available for your self-tracking purpose(s).


Items marked “out of stock” are not available for order. You may send a message to let us know the item(s) that you would like to purchase in our contact us page. We will notify you when the items are back in stock. We do not accept back orders.

  • 4-14 working days
  • Due to COVID-19, the delivery time may fall outside of the normal standard. If you do not receive your orders after 14 working days, please contact our customer service.
