Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to deliver 100% good experience. But if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, we will be glad to exchange for a brand product(s) if you return the product within 14 days of delivery date.
Frontline Cosmeceutical (M) Sdn Bhd will not bear the cost incurred in the return process.

All products sold can only be exchanged once.

All unopened normal priced product(s) bought from casmara.com.my can be exchanged but you must provide the original invoice/receipt as proof of purchase.

All products sold are non-refundable. An unopened normal priced product(s) can be exchanged with another product(s) of your choice with the same value or greater.

Product(s) to be returned must be in its original brand new condition via the courier service of our choice to prevent complications and to make the return process successful.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return the product(s) for your request to be processed. You will be contacted as soon as the return process is completed.

Product(s) sold on casmara.com.my are not exchangeable at our authorised dealers at the moment.

Frontline Cosmeceutical (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to make the final decision if the product returned is not in satisfactory condition or the above terms are not met.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:

(a)14 days after the day we received the returned product(s) from you; or

(b)(if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or

(c)if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you did for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
